WOW! This Store is Amazing. READ! Everyone had such a positive and motivating influence. The customer service here is amazing. 🤩 We had the pleasure to speak with employee Ms. GIULIA, she was extremely knowledgeable on the item we purchased. GIULIA took her time and explained everything thoroughly. Even stepping outside and assisting us installing the item. All in our beautiful ☀️ Sunny Florida. 🥵🙏 Store Manager, because of GIULIA we spent $900 and became members. Commend GIULIA, REWARD her she deserves it. Again, Thank You. 🙏🫵👍

They have a lot of neat stuff. Found energy gel and wanted to try them. Labeled at $1.60 and got to register. Andreas (less than helpful) said they were $2.60 and pulled it up online. He saw miss label and didn't offer to help. I had to call for a manager (Melissa) who immediately apologized and fixed the pricing. Company should hired and train better cashiers in customer service.

Great to have an REI here. Wide range of interest from Camping, cycling, beach, running, and rock climbing. The last one has me scratching my head some. They have great quality. And there are some really good deals to be found here as well. It looks like they have classes. My only gripe is it’s really far away. Put one in Miami please!!

What makes a place and your experience in it truly good? The customer service. David at this REI location truly went above and beyond, answering all questions and giving us recommendations very patiently. He also introduced us to the cooperative and it’s membership program which is a plus for an outdoor enthusiast and trail runner like me. The selection of camping, trail and other outdoor gear at this store was pretty solid as far as a Covid hammered supply chain would allow them to be. Would recommend easily.

The store is amazing, despite being small, it offers a fantastic variety of top outdoor goods! My main priority was to buy ON shoes, and fortunately, I was able to find the perfect color and size. However, I couldn't resist grabbing an additional pair of Saucony shoes at a discounted price. My shopping experience with ✨Brad ✨was excellent, as he possessed extensive knowledge about running socks and shoes. As an REI member for over a decade since 2008, I have visited numerous stores located in many states. Although I live 30 miles away I don't mind driving to shop for my favorite brands. I hope to see more deals - sales in the future! Thanks to REI employees for consistently delivering an exceptional experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
