Briar1 StarI made an appointment for a Covid Test that I needed to go back to work. I confirmed the appointment and everything, was set to go and suddenly I get a call less than 30 minutes before the appt and they tell me I need to reschedule. Now there is no availability until NEXT WEEK and they only decide to tell me on short notice. Whenever us as customers need to cancel, they always want to be told ahead of time but clearly the same doesn't apply for the employees. 30 minutes before the appointment is absolutely unacceptable especially when something this important dictates whether I can go back to work and be around my loved ones.
